When you click on the name of an organization, you'll see a short description of mission and programs, as well as contact information. Click on “Volunteer” or “Donate” and you'll be linked directly to the organization’s website, where you will find more details on how you can sign up to volunteer or make a financial contribution to support the organization’s work.
All organizations listed on the site meet Culver City Gives' eligibility criteria. To be listed on this site, organizations must:
- Be based in Culver City and operate programs here
- Have a clear mission statement for the public good
- Maintain 501c3 nonprofit status with the IRS
- Be in good financial standing and have current tax forms available to the public
- Have a website
