Exceptional Children's Foundation (ECF) is the largest, most comprehensive agency of its kind in California. ECF provides a lifetime of programs and services for disabled individuals from birth through adulthood. ECF serves more than 2,300 infants, children and adults from 16 different sites throughout Los Angeles County. Since ECF’s inception in 1946, our mission has been to provide the highest quality services for children and adults who are challenged with developmental, learning and emotional disabilities, empowering them to reach their greatest potential.
